Please see below a table of our postage charges and details of our Returns and Exchange policy. Patchwork Peggy's Emporium uses Royal Mail Recorded delivery so your order will be promptly delivered and can be tracked. All international postage is via Royal Mail and can be tracked online.

£6 and under FREE DELIVERY
£6.01 - £14.00 = £3.95
£14.01 - £25.99=£4.95
£26.00 - £30.00=£5.95
£30.01 upwards=£6.95
European Delivery Charges are not calculated within the check out page please email us with your address for the postage to be added
Royal Mail International delivery
Small package £20 (Airsure 3-5 days)
Large package £26 (Airsure 3-5 days)

RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
Whilst it is Patchwork Peggy's aim to provide you with 100% satisfaction with your items, we have a no quibble returns policy. However, we would ask the following please:-
1. The item(s) must be un-damaged and complete in their original packaging and the invoice enclosed with the original order.
2. All returned goods must be received by us within 7 days of receipt of your goods.
3. We advise that all returned goods should be sent by recorded delivery and the relevant insurance cover undertaken to cover yourselves against non-delivery by your chosen courier.

4. Upon receipt of the returned item and upon checking it to be undamaged and complete, Peggy's will reimburse the value of the item back to your card/account used in the original transaction.
